Pastor Barrett is also the visionary behind Excelsior Christian Academy, a K–12 private school launching with a bold mission: to raise up the next generation of leaders through innovative education, creative arts, and unwavering biblical truth.

Abigail Barrett is a passionate lover of Jesus, a devoted wife, a nurturing mother, and a prophetic voice anointed for this generation. Born in Jamaica and shaped by her journey across America, Abigail carries the warmth of her roots and the fire of her calling with grace and conviction.
For over 18 years, Abigail has faithfully served in youth and children's ministry, with a special heart to see the next generation encounter God in a real and authentic way. As a biblical studies teacher at Rhema Word Ministries International for over a decade, she has empowered countless elementary and middle school students—helping even the most challenged readers grow in confidence, skill, and identity. Her classroom has always been more than a space for learning; it has been a place of transformation.
Ordained in 2014 alongside her husband, Pastor Robert Barrett, Abigail serves as co-founder and co-laborer in Grace and Truth International. Since its humble beginning in 2022 with only three members, she has been the prophetic backbone of the ministry, offering vision, discernment, and spiritual direction that continues to shape its path forward. Known for her loving and intentional spirit, Abigail has helped cultivate a church culture that truly feels like family.
A gifted mentor and spiritual mother, she has guided many young women into discovering their purpose and embracing their worth. Through prayer, intercession, teaching, and prophetic insight, Abigail’s ministry has brought healing, deliverance, and hope to those in need. Testimonies of breakthrough, comfort, and clarity follow the anointing on her life.
With a heart full of vision, Abigail is currently laying the foundation for the Nathan Judah Foundation, a future nonprofit dedicated to helping children uncover, cultivate, and walk boldly in their God-given gifts and abilities.
